It was our first time here and we had a very good experience. We had the White House Tea option and everything from our tea selections to the scones, sandwiches and sweets were very good. Highly recommended.

My first time here and was very pleasantly surprised. We came for their High Tea. Great selection of teas! Great selection of tea service, depending on how hungry you are. Great tasting food! We especially enjoyed the roasted red pepper soup with mini cheddar muffins.

Went here for a Christmas afternoon tea and boy was I impressed! This place transports you to the British era with their white interior and all white teapots and cups. The service is amazing and you get a seating time of 90 minutes to enjoy your tea set. They have a three tier tower that comes packed with scones, clotted cream and jam, sandwiches and mini dessert bites. I absolutely LOVED their scones. And the clotted cream and jam supplied by Devon Cream Company is delicious. I am not a jam fan but the vanilla berry jam is So good! They have a little under 300 varieties of tea and you can actually choose your tea after smelling it from the glass container too. It was such an experience! I ended up purchasing a few small tea packets to bring home as well so ended up trying four varieties of tea and all of them tasted very different but really good.

We wanted to thank you for our wonderful experience at the Christmas Tea. Our server Caleb was so pleasant, attentive and informative. He really made us feel special. The food, desserts and teas were delicious. We are already looking forward to coming back next year.

I enjoyed the "Christmas Tea" with two friends. The tea house is in a small plaza so lacks the character of other tea houses I have been to. Although inside was also lacking in characterful period features, it was warm and bright with comfortable seating. There were 3 sittings, 11am, 1pm, and 3pm. You are allotted 90 minutes for your visit which is plenty of time. We did feel a bit rushed by staff, however. We weren't even 15 minutes into our visit when it was suggested that, if we wanted any tea to take home, we should let our server know "soon". We did order tea at that point and were then immediately presented with the bill and debit machine for the purchase. It interrupted the flow of our conversation and enjoyment of the tea and treats, making us feel rushed. As far as the food, the spinach dip was good, the sandwiches were good, the scones were outstanding (maybe the best I have had) and the desserts were okay. Whilst I have had other tea house experiences that had a bit of an edge over this tea house, it was good and I would suggest you give it a try if you are looking for tea in Waterdown.

I was invited to have afternoon tea here with a friend - I had never been before but have ordered several of their teas online (the cotton candy herbal tea is my favourite along with the cream earl grey but they're all amazing). The service was professional and friendly and every item I had was stunning but the scones? I could eat them every day. I love it here and appreciate all their dedication <3

Excellent experience with my aunt and 2 year old daughter! Room was bright and comfortable, man serving us was helpful and present without being overbearing, teas were excellent (got a chocolate rum and a pink lemonade tea I believe… both refreshingly subtle but very flavourful), and the food was 10/10. Portions were larger than we’ve had at most other high teas but innovation and quality was not compromised. We had an exceptional visit, thank you!
